368 Athletics is a company based on 8 Essentials of Conditioning.  They are as follows:

  1. Muscle Movement/Activation
  2. Resistance Training
  3. Flexibility
  4. Reflexes
  5. S.A.Q. (Speed, Agility, & Quickness)
  6. Balance
  7. Mental Preparation
  8. Recovery

Within each one of these categories an individual or team can find optimal performance in their chosen activity.  There are many philosophies of training by some of the smartest people in the training profession.  We seek to blend all modalities together to say, use what works for you in any given time in your life.  These 8 Essentials of Conditioning are designed to give you a road map to your fitness goals.

Whether you are a professional athlete or sedentary person, we all have the same biomechanics. Find your optimal levels and be there. 368 Athletics is committed to helping you in this journey of evolving athletic performance.  As a company, we are students of the profession and will not profess to know it all.  Some of our colleagues are the best and the brightest in the business, yet still are finding new ways of training everyday.  We want to partner with you to create your optimal fitness life.
